About Clint Montanio

A lifelong New Braunfels native, Clint has deep roots in the local community. After a long career in commercial printing, together with his wife Amber, they opened Black Label Real Estate Advisors in 2019.

 

In 2021, Clint added Real Estate Advisor to his official title, when he became a licensed sales agent. Clint’s strong community relationships, and intricate area knowledge, allow him to best serve the needs of his clients both when making a move in town, and also just needing solid vendor recommendations.

 

Those who know Clint know that he is a jack of all trades, the life of any party, and full of many talents that others may not know of. When he is not helping his clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate, you can probably find him in his shop working on one of his many projects flipping boats, broncos, golf carts, and race cars, or wakeboarding at Canyon Lake with his wife and daughters.
